Hubert C. Cutolo, Esq. is the founding partner of Cutolo Barros, LLC. He graduated Pennsylvania State University and earned selection as a Howard Hughes Scholar. Upon graduation, he worked for a Fortune 500 technology company in sales where he also implemented computer systems for businesses. Mr. Cutolo proceeded to earn a law degree from Brooklyn Law School, and then began a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Louis F. Locascio in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to forming Cutolo Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Cutolo worked at the law firm of Sodini & Spina, LLC.

Mr. Cutolo is admitted to practice in the State Courts in New York and New Jersey and the Federal Courts in New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association and the Community Associations Institute. Among the more notable published cases in which he has been principally involved are Psak, Graziano, Piasecki & Whitelaw v. Fleet National Bank, 392 N.J. Super. 227 (App. Div. 2007) and State of Maine v. SeKap, S.A. Greek Co-op Cigarette Mfg. Co., S.A., 390 N.J. Super. 199 (App. Div. 2007). Mr. Cutolo has frequently lectured and written articles on community association law.
